Computer science is a huge umbrella that covers hardware, software, game design and programming.
The concepts of science, technology, engineering, math and the arts are embedded within computer science modules;
with selected courses placing more emphasis on particular topics.
LEGO WeDo Robotics Levels 1 & 2
Level: Beginners
Focus: Robotics
The WeDo program combines traditional LEGO bricks with sensors, servo motors and microprocessors to create machines. Using a hands-on approach, children will learn the mechanics of robotic builds to learn engineering and science concepts.
LEGO SPIKE Essentials Levels 1 & 2
Level: Beginners
Focus: Robotics
Get a head start in robotics with LEGO SPIKE Essentials. Children will learn the fundamentals of robotics, automation, and programming while having a blast constructing and bringing their creations to life.
Tynker Coding Levels 1 & 2
Level: Beginners
Focus: Software Development
Learn science and game development through Tynker, a block programming language used to solve problems. Projects include STEM & space exploration, game development, story telling and much more.
Kodu Coding & Game Design
Level: Beginners
Focus: Game Development
Be creators of your own game and learn 3D game development through Kodu Game Lab – a tile-based programming language. Children will learn basic programming principles, design their own characters and set their own game rules.
Strawbees Engineering & Science
Level: Beginners
Focus: Hardware Design & Software Engineering
Let children create the change our world needs, through coding and hands-on prototyping, all with Strawbees! Using recyclable straws and connectors, children will build fun 3D models of their choice and make them move through coding.
Scratch Coding
Level: Intermediate
Focus: Software Development
Using a block-based programming editor developed by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, students will develop coding skills while learning math, science, animation, game development and machine learning techniques.
Minecraft Coding & Game Design Levels 1 & 2
Level: Intermediate
Focus: Game Development
Learn to code through the world of Minecraft. Students will learn the fundamentals of game development whilst learning science. Topics include energy, physics, chemistry and engineering principles for both primary and high school levels.
Micro:bit Coding, Engineering & Science Levels 1 & 2
Level: Intermediate
Focus: Software Engineering & Science
Learn to code IoT (Internet of Things) solutions for science experiments using the BBC micro:bit. Students will program this microcomputer on Microsoft’s MakeCode language editor using blocks, JavaScript & Python.
LEGO SPIKE Prime Levels 1 & 2
Level: Advanced
Focus: Robotics
Whilst challenging their creativity and problem-solving skills, the LEGO SPIKE Prime robotics program teaches teens to think outside the box to solve complex real-world problems. In addition, this program equips students with 21st century STEM skills.
Scratch Coding with MOE Math Levels 1 & 2
Level: Advanced
Focus: Software Development & Math
Learn to code and solve the toughest Primary 4 & 5 mathematics problem sums through MIT’s Scratch editor. This program is based on Singapore’s Ministry of Education My Pals math textbook curriculum.
Learning Options Overview
Trial Class
This is a 1-to-1 session recommended for students with existing coding/robotics experience, where we’ll assess your child’s level of entry with us. If your child has no experience and you’ll like to see how he/she goes first, feel free to try a trial too.
Holiday Camps
Join us for a holiday camp each quarter, with a different theme each time to ensure a fun and engaging learning experience for your child. Book our Holiday Camps now!
Weekly Classes
Our weekly classes are flexi-hour to suit your schedule, where we’ll work with you on your preferred class days and hour. Class packages are sold as credit hours, which allows you to use your credits as you please.
